Because of increased músculo tone and decreased fuerza in the lower limbs, patients with hemiplegia often have drop pie, varus pie and external or internal rotation of the lower limb. The knee joint cannot be bent and relaxed. To avoid mopping the ground during caminar, the affected lower limb was often rotated forward along the arc to the outside during the swing phase. This abnormal gait can make our center of gravity unstable and put us at risk of falling.

Exercises to Mejorar Hemiplegic Gait
1. Half wall squat
·Open your legs slightly wider than shoulder width, stand with your back resting against a wall, slowly lower your body
·Key points: avoid excessive squatting.
·Twice a day, once for 3 sets, 20 reps each

2. Lying leg raise
·In the supine position, the affected knee is bent over the bed, and the leg is raised while the knee is bent.
· Key points: The thigh should be in a neutral position to avoid deviation outward, and the healthy mano should apoyo the affected mano to prevent the arm from dangling.
·Twice a day, once for 3 sets, 20 reps each

3.Glute bridge exercise
·Two-legged glute bridge- Start flat on your back with your legs bent at a 90-degree angle and feet placed flat on the ground(or in bed). Drive down through your feet and push your hips up.

·Advanced training: One-legged glute bridge

·Key points: Keep your knees together. Hold your body in a straight line for 5-10 seconds
·Twice a day, once for 3 sets, 20 reps each
4. Bending tip of toe
·Lie on the bed, bend your legs at a 90-degree angle, family members hold the sole of the pie, let the paciente bend tip of toe
·Key points: The healthy mano should apoyo the affected mano while lying on the back.
·Twice a day, once for 3 sets, 20 reps each

To avoid falling and lesión, all training needs to be accompanied by family members to complete. When the affected lower limb does not meet the caminar standard, do not attempt to walk, the risk of falling will be greatly increased, and will cause abnormal gait. Once an abnormal gait is formed, it is difficult to correct it. Patients with poor caminar función, for example, the pie hook movimiento is not obvious, can walk with the aid of crutch or pie brace to avoid falling.
