The Training Session Recommended for Syrebo E12 Guante (From Level 1 to 3)

Designed for those with voluntary movimiento in their mano and arm, these advanced exercises focus on building fuerza, dexterity, and real-life functional mano skills. Level 3 is perfect for taking the next big step in your recuperación journey.

Who are Level 1 exercises for? (Passive mode,mirror mode)

Level 1 exercises are designed for individuals beginning their mano rehab journey, or who have

little or no voluntary movimiento in their mano.

Passive Mode

Passive Mode automatically opens and closes your affected mano

Watch your mano and attempt the movements with the guante

This mode also provides a gentle stretch, ideal for relieving stiffness or tightness in your fingers

 

  1. Once the rehab guante is on, turn on the dispositivo
  2. Select 'Passive' mode
  3. Press 'Play' to begin your session
  4. Run the Passive Mode for at least 10 minutes, aim for daily sessions

Mirror Mode

Mirror Mode requires: Rehab Guante and Mirror Guante

You may need a friend or carer to assist you in putting on the gloves

In Mirror Mode, your affected mano will copy the movements made by your unaffected mano

This helps excite areas of the brain involved in moving your affected mano

It's very important to actively try the movements with your affected mano while the guante guides you.

 

  1. Once both gloves are on, turn on the dispositivo
  2. Select 'Mirror' mode
  3. Press 'Play' to begin your session
  4. Make movements with the 'Mirror' guante to activate movimiento in the Rehab guante
  5. Run the 'Mirror' Mode for at least 10 minutes per practice session, aim for daily practice

Who are Level 2 exercises for? (Opposition Mode, Fine Motor Mode, Mirror Mode with Functional Task)

Level 2 exercises are designed for individuals who already have a small amount of active movimiento in their arm and/or mano, or want to upgrade from Level 1 exercises.

Opposition Mode

Opposition Mode is designed to help your mano practice pinching and gripping motions by moving your thumb and fingers toward each other. This mode prepares your mano for re-learning fine motor skills and functional mano use.

 

  1. Once the rehab guante is on, turn on the dispositivo
  2. Select "Opposition" mode
  3. Press "Play" to begin your session
  4. Run the Opposition Mode for 2-5 minutes, Daily

Fine Motor Mode

Fine Motor Mode is designed to isolate individual finger movements

This mode prepares your mano for activities that require fine motor skills.

This mode provides stretch to each of your fingers individually

 

  1. Once the rehab guante is on, turn on the dispositivo
  2. Select "Fine Motor" mode
  3. Press "Play" to begin your session
  4. Run the Fine Motor Mode for 2-5 minutes, Daily

Mirror Mode Functional Task

Mirror Mode allows you to practice functional tasks with your affected mano, such as grasping and releasing objects

Be sure to actively try moving your mano inside the Rehab Guante for the best results!

 

Introduce an object, like a ball or block, or anything similar you have at home, to practice grasping and releasing with your affected mano. This adds variety to your practice, engages your brain, and helps mejorar real-life, functional mano movements.

Who are Level 3 exercises for?

Level 3 exercises are designed for individuals who already have some arm and mano movimiento, but want to build fuerza and develop more advanced functional mano skills. Remember to warm up with Level 1/2 exercises or with electrical stimulation for at least 10 minutes !

Mirror mode training with everday objects and tasks are is recommended in Level 3 exercises.
